Delivery Information

We process orders within a maximum of 2 business days from the moment payment is received.

Estimated delivery time: 3 to 11 business days, depending on the destination and postal traffic.

Important information:

- We do not offer cash on delivery.

- Please double-check your shipping address – we are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

- If your package is damaged during transport, please complete a damage report with the courier and contact our customer service as soon as possible.

- If the parcel is not collected and returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

International Shipping

We ship internationally exclusively via Poczta Polska (Polish Post).

Returns and Right of Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase contract within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.

You are not required to give any reason for the return.

International Returns

- We accept returns from international customers; however, we do not cover the cost of return shipping.

- Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred during the return process are the responsibility of the customer.

- We do not accept cash on delivery (COD) shipments or returns requiring payment upon receipt.

Return Conditions

- Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

- The product must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of your intention to withdraw from the purchase.

- Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods, using the original payment method.

Product Complaints (Claims)

- Missing components or incomplete set,

- Product not matching the description or specifications.

The standard warranty period for consumers in the EU is 2 years from the date of delivery.

2. International Customers

- We accept complaints from customers outside of Poland, provided the product was purchased through our official store.

- The cost of returning a faulty product may be reimbursed only if the complaint is accepted.

- If the complaint is valid, we will offer: repair, replacement, price reduction, or a full refund, depending on the nature of the issue and your location.

3. How to Submit a Complaint
